A lot of cafes will offer pancakes during Maslenitsa. Usually, pancakes in Belarus are made of only four ingredients: milk, flour, butter, and eggs. The dough is always fresh and no frozen products are used. The variety of pancake fillings is unbelievable.
There will be a grand festival for children and adults, an exhibition of the tools that were used by our great-great-grandmothers, a workshop on making amulets, and so on.
